What counts as Exchange Hours & Procedure: 1. PD cannot be during a work day (ex. - before/after school, weekends, break, summer, etc.) 2. If not Rossford Schools-sponsored/delivered, then you need Pre-Approval/permission from your principal/supervisor (keep email of permission as a record, if needed) 3. Keep a record/log of your 7 hours (date, time, facilitator) and enter on log above. 4. The Excel log of submitted hours will be sent to teachers for verification in November, January, and March. Any additional questions should be sent to Jason Smith, Curriculum Director. |
